"Give Back to Those Who Gave Their All"

The 100 Club Heart of Texas provides funding to first responders and their families who have died or have been critically injured on and off duty. In total, The Club has provided thousands in support to First Responder families thanks to the generosity of our members and community.

The 100 Club Heart of Texas Board of Advisors is comprised of dedicated Chiefs from local first responder agencies in McLennan and surrounding areas. Their invaluable insights and leadership help guide the 100 Club toward success ensuring we remain attuned to the needs and challenges faced by today's first responder professionals. Together, we strive to support and uplift those who serve our community with courage and commitment.

Parnell McNamara has served as the McLennan County Sheriff since 2013.

Waco Fire Chief

Robbie Bergerson

Chief Robbie Bergerson has served as the Waco Fire Chief since June 2025 and joined the 100 Club Heart of Texas that same year.

Waco Police Chief

Sheryl Victorian

Chief Sheryl D. Victorian has served as the Waco Police Chief in March 2021 and joined the 100 Club Heart of Texas that same year.

Lorena Police Chief

Scott Holt

Chief Scott Holt has served as the Lorena Chief of Police since January 2023 and joined the 100 Club that same year.

Chief Jonathan Christian has served as the Hewitt Fire Chief since July 2022 and who joined the 100 Club Heart of Texas that same year.

Chief Khalil-El Halabi has served as the Woodway Director of Public Safety since May 2023 and joined the 100 Club Heart of Texas in 2022

American Medical Response
